“Organiser” – X-Golf Licensing and Sales Australia
Promotion Overview: X-Golf and Hey Caddy Venues will operate a “Father’s Day” promotion in conjunction with CUB and Great Northern to offer customers benefits and prizes. Participants can enter by either:
Purchasing an online gift card via the X-Golf.com.au website during the promotion period (August 5th to September 1st, 2024).
Purchasing a Great Northern product in-store during the promotion period (August 5th to September 1st, 2024).
Playing at X-Golf on Father’s Day (September 1st, 2024).
Eligibility: The Promotion is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 years who enter the event via the purchase options described above during the promotional period.
Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 10:00 AM AEST on August 5th, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM AWST on September 1st, 2024.
How to Participate: To participate in the Promotion, customers and staff must follow these steps to ensure valid entry and eligibility for prizes:
Purchase a voucher via the X-Golf website within the promotional period.
Purchase a Great Northern product in-store during the promotional period.
Book a tee-time at X-Golf on Father’s Day (September 1st, 2024).
Customers must scan/register via the supplied QR code or links and complete all required information to ensure valid entry.
Entry Weighting:
Purchase of a gift card: 5 entries.
Booking a session and attending on Father’s Day: 3 entries.
Purchase of Great Northern products: 1 entry per product purchased.
Winner and Promotion Inclusions / Prizes: Winners will be randomly drawn from the list of valid and completed entries at the end of each week (weekly prize) and at the end of the promotional period (major prize).

Participating Venues: The Promotion is available only at selected X-Golf and Hey Caddy Franchise venues. Please contact the Organiser directly to confirm if your local venue is participating.

By participating in the Promotion, participants release the Organiser from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Melbourne.
Data Collection and Use of Information: The use of customer data collected will be according to the xgolf.com.au privacy and data policy available on the www.xgolf.com.au website. X-Golf venues and X-Golf Licensing and Sales will collect and utilise data in a manner consistent with current data use policies and processes.

Method of Drawing Winners: Winners will be drawn using a random computer-generated process to ensure fairness and transparency. Drawings will take place at the end of each week for weekly prizes and at the end of the promotion period for the major prize.
Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the draw. Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. Proof of identity may be required.
Unclaimed Prizes: If a prize is not claimed within 30 days of the notification, the prize may be forfeited, and the Organiser reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
Verification of Entries: All entries are subject to verification by the Organiser. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.
Exclusions and Disqualifications: Employees of the Organiser and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion.

• We will be conducting a temperature check on entry to ensure no one has a fever
• All simulators will be cleaned and sanitised between each booking, including all computer stations and hire sets
• Frequent cleaning of high traffic areas including door handles and bathrooms.
