We took the family to X-Golf West Lakes for Father’s Day yesterday and had a wonderful time. It was very family-friendly and, although it was busy, it didn’t feel overly crowded or too loud for the kids. We booked a booth, which was very comfortable for the whole family. The couch gave the kids somewhere to relax, and we were able to order food and drinks from the booth. I am giving it 4 stars just because our machine kept getting stuck several times and management had to come to reset the machine so not sure if this is a maintenance issue? So we wasted some of our time waiting for this to get fixed unfortunately.

Experienced our first large group booking at West Lakes X Golf for a groomsman gathering. The boys loved it, had a crack at a couple options showcased by the young lady who helped set up our simulator. We initially booked for 6 players but fell short of one. As a result, we over booked our package however, the staff were kind enough to assist in making recommendations to get the full value. For $349 you cannot go wrong, 2 hours of play time, plenty of food options and over 5L of beer towers, with no pestering to get you in/out. The only negative being, we absolutely sucked but it was worth a laugh!

We held our work Christmas party at X-Golf West Lakes this year and it was fantastic! The staff were so helpful and attentive. The food serve was quick to come out, delicious and hit the mark on easy to consume during hits. Thank you to the team, we'll be coming back again soon!

Great few hours spent here while over from the UK, staff where all friendly and helpful getting us set up to play, we hired clubs and had a few drinks and played some great courses indoors while it was raining outside. Only thing that let it down was my bad golf.

Thank you very much X-Golf Westlakes. I brought my 4 nephews (17yrs, 2 x 10yrs, 8yrs) for an hour in the simulator and a round of mini-golf. We stuffed-up our booking and had accidentally booked for the previous day. One of the Staff 'Antonio' was very understanding and fixed the problem for us. He was super friendly and helpful. Very kind to the children. The kids would have been so dissappointed to miss out. The other Staff were very friendly and attentive too. 'Adrian' makes a great coffee and is very friendly. The food wasalso reasonably priced and good quality. Thank you Team. Keep up the great service. The experience is good value for money. I would recommend for families. I will definitely be bringing the boys back.
