X-Golf Free Handicapping Promotion Terms and Conditions


X-Golf venues will offer customers the ability to take part in a “free” handicapping session to encourage new players to gain a handicap and understanding of how the X-League product and seasons operate.

This will be offered between the completion of the season and the start of the new season as per the venue season schedule.

Participating venues:

Venues listed on the X-League player hub at www.xgolf.com.au and active promoters / X-League product suppliers as at 14th December 2024.

Inclusions:

9-hole play (2.5 hours sim hire max) for a group of up to 5 people to play at East Lakes GC Front 9 White Tees on professional settings.

Individual and dual player groups may be allowed less time to complete their “9 holes”. Generally we will allow for 45 minutes per player that takes part in the promotion. Staff will advise players and groups of adequate times available.

Eligible Players:

· Any customer over the age of 18 years that applies via the promotional link and follows the required bookings process with the participating venues.


Requirements:

· All customers and promotion beneficiaries must leave their names, contact phones and email addressed to be added to the venue communications platforms.

· If players choose not to join X-League in an upcoming season, they must still agree to be included in marketing communications for upcoming seasons.

· Customer data will be stored and managed according to X-Golf privacy and data policy



Notes:

· Sim hire must be approved and booked via phone call or email with venue management or X-League coordinators.

· No food and beverage is included in the offer, and no other promotion or voucher can be used in conjunction with this offer.

· Players who have previously used a “free handicapping session” offer must be approved by venue manager or X-League coordinator.

· Simulator hire times are based on availability and approval of venue management.
