Welcome to Your Tour – where every swing counts and every round could take you closer to glory!

As a Your Tour player, here’s the exciting part: every official event you play earns you Order of Merit points – the better you perform, the more you score! Win an event and you’ll snag 25 points, plus bonus points for mini-games like Nearest to the Pin and Longest Drive.

During Major Championship months, it gets even better – leaderboard points are doubled, with up to 50 points for a win!

Only your best result (stroke or handicap leaderboard) counts, so every round is your chance to shine. Rack up enough points and you could earn bonus entries, exclusive event invites, and even season exemptions.

The Top 50 as of our final event will be given a special invitation to the Your Tour “Top 50 Invitational” with our biggest prizes and most exciting rewards to date.

What is Your Tour?

Your Tour is a national indoor golf tournament series held at X-Golf venues across Australia and New Zealand. It features six rounds played monthly, leading into a Championship event in October.

How do I enter the competition?

Visit your local X-Golf venue, book a round on the featured course of the month, and submit your score in venue to participate.

Do I need to play every round?

No. Players can join at any time and participate in as many rounds as they choose. However, the more rounds you play, the more points you can earn toward the season leaderboard.

What is required to play in the Handicap Division?

To be eligible for the Handicap Division and earn Order of Merit points, players must have a verified indoor handicap connected to their X-Green profile.

How do I get an indoor handicap?

You’ll need to complete four 9-hole rounds on pro settings (red or white tees) at any X-Golf venue. Once submitted, your handicap will be automatically linked to your X-Green ID.

What prizes are available?

Each round includes a prize pool between $2,000 and $2,500, with prizes awarded across Stroke, Handicap, Long Drive, and Nearest to the Pin categories. The Championship offers a separate prize pool of over $5,000.

How does the leaderboard work?

Players earn points based on performance in each round. The season-long Order of Merit leaderboard determines qualification for the Your Tour Championship.

When is the Championship?

The Championship takes place in October and is reserved for the top-ranked players from the season across both divisions.

Will this affect my Golf Australia handicap?

No. All scores submitted through Your Tour are for indoor play only and have no impact on your official GA handicap.

Am I eligible to win prizes if I’m an amateur?

Yes. All prizes are compliant with amateur status rules and regulations.

General Terms and Conditions

Version 1.1.01

This document sets out the terms and conditions of entry and participation in the ’X-Green Tournament’ promotion / event series (the Competition) throughout the 2024 launch period of the X-Green software.

The Competition is conducted by:

● XPGA and all participating franchise in respect of entrants who enter the Competition at an X-Golf Kiosk / store;

● X-Golf venue hosting the customer / entrant

(collectively, the Promoters).

These terms and conditions of entry, including information on prize details, apply to the Competition, and by submitting an entry to the Competition, an entrant agrees to and will be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

1 Entry into the Competition is only open to Australian residents aged over 14 years of age unless otherwise noted in event special conditions.

2 The following persons are ineligible to enter the Competition unless otherwise noted in event special conditions:

(a) employees of the Promoters;

(b) employees of the operator of any participating X-Golf Store;

(c) employees of any Related Entity (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) of the Promoters. This includes sponsors / promoters / or suppliers unless otherwise noted in event special conditions

Entry

3 The Competition commences on the designated and promoted time of each nominated event. This information is posted on www.xgolf.com.au and will be available in store via a tournament guide and event terms and conditions, summarised in a staff guide to operating the event. These times and conditions may vary depending on event type and conditions.

4 The Competition is a game of skill, and no element of chance plays a part in determining the winner of a prize.

5 Entrants can enter the Competition via two methods:

a. By visiting a participating X-Golf kiosk store at any of the listed (see appendix 1.0.01) locations (X-Golf Kiosk / Store), registering online for the Competition, confirming entry and payment with staff, and playing the Simulator Game (as detailed below)

b. By booking online and following prompts to the online entry form.

Players will only have been deemed to have completed a valid entry once payment and entry information are reviewed by in store staff.

Available X-Green participating X-Golf venues are listed at www.xgolf.com.au (see appendix for listing as of 1st July 2024).

6 Entrants can register to participate in the Competition at the above venues by supplying their name, email address, phone number, postcode and date of birth via the online player portal and making a valid payment amount to complete entry.

7 All eligible entrants who register an entry and completes a valid attempt of the Simulator Game during the Promotional Period will be entered into the Competition.

8 Only one valid attempt per person to the Competition is permitted unless otherwise stated in tournament / event conditions and registration details.

9 At a minimum, one of the Prize Winners must come from entries submitted at one of the X-Golf Stores on or via X-Green online portals.

10 By entering this Competition via an X-Golf Store or online portal, the entrant consents to receiving information and offers from the Promoters. Further information about privacy and the use of an entrant’s personal information is available on the website Your Tour | A new era of competition has arrived at X-Golf

Prizes and Winning

11 The Prize Winners will be determined by the Promoters based on the scores recorded on the leader board as at tournament completion as per event details. Prizes will vary from event to event and will be posted as information available in tournament terms and conditions available in store.

12 The Prize Winners will be notified by telephone or email.

13 The Prize Winners will also have their details published on the X-Golf and X-Green websites and portals.

14 If a Prize Winner refuses to accept the prize, is found to be ineligible or is unable to be contacted for any reason, the Promoters will select a replacement Prize Winner, being the person recorded on the leader board with the next highest score.

15 Each Prize Winner will win the nominated prize for the individual event as well as possible other benefits of:

(a) Order of merit and ranking points available in some nominated events

(b) Entry to other “invitational” events may occur

(c) Membership points or X-Points made available by the promoter to add to player profile

16 Player results will be verified via venue and head office administration teams. Required elements will be:

– Verified scores from venue and manager / staff

– Statistics, scores, and game play data in X-green admin

– Venue security camera footage will need to be used to verify player game play authenticity

– Verified entry fee and registration prior to game play beginning

17 Novelty and mini game events may be available throughout some tournaments / events. These events may carry a nominated bonus prize or prize that will be defined in event conditions. Players must complete a valid entry and complete the event / tournament to be eligible for these added prizes.

The value of each proposed Prize is included in event terms and conditions and can be requested at participating venues. Please note that prizes may be subject to change depending on supply of equipment at the time of event completion.

18 Competitors that have completed a tournament round will have their profile details and score / result displayed on the X-Golf and/or X-Green websites and social media channels. The promoters reserve the right to display profile and results information at any time and may do so without notice.

Prize Conditions

19 The Promoters reserve the right to require a Prize Winner to provide proof of identity satisfactory to the Promoters (in their sole discretion) before awarding the prize.

20 Prize winners must accept the prize in the venue they completed their tournament round and make themselves available for a photo or image to help celebrate their achievement. Images and likeness of tournament and event winners may be displayed on the promoters websites and or social media channels.

21 Neither the Promoters or any company associated with this Competition accepts responsibility for any tax implications from acceptance of any prize. Independent financial advice should be sought by entrants regarding the tax implications for the winner of accepting a prize.

22 If required by legislation governing the conduct of the Competition, the Promoters will provide details of the Prize Winners (such as names and addresses) to any applicable government authority.

23 All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

24 Each entrant acknowledges that he or she may also be subject to the terms and condition of the relevant prize suppliers

25 If a winner of a prize does not accept or take any part of a prize within a term of 60 days from event completion, that part of the prize will be forfeited by the winner. The Promoters will determine when the prize or part of the prize has been forfeited by a winner.

26 If, for any reason, a prize or a part of a prize is or becomes unavailable, the Promoters may, at their discretion (and, if applicable, subject to the approval of any relevant government authority), substitute an alternative prize of equal or relative value that is no less than the estimated retail value of the prize. Each entrant acknowledges that the Promoters will not be responsible or liable for any loss suffered by the winner in the event that the prize or a part of the prize is unavailable.

27 Each Prize Winner must comply with all directions or instructions of the Promoters, including directions or instructions in relation to participation in the promotional activities

28 If components of the prize is subject to scheduling, availability or weather / playing conditions, the promoter takes no responsibility for the inability of a prize winner to redeem their prize.

General

29 Decisions of the Promoters regarding the Competition, the Simulator Game and the Ladders / Rankings are final and each entrant agrees to be bound by any such decisions.

30 The Promoters reserve the right to refuse any entries at any time. If a winning entry is deemed by the Promoters to be invalid, that entry will be discarded and the prize will be re-awarded in accordance with these terms and conditions as if the invalid entry had not been received.

31 Incorrect contact details of an entrant may deem their entry invalid. The entrant must only enter in their own correct information into the entry form fields to ensure a valid entry.

32 A tournament round is deemed to have been completed when a player has follow all rules and regulations and finished the last hole of the event, being the 18th or 9th hole (or any other hole stated clearly) depending on tournament parameters and conditions.

33 A tournament / event is deemed to have been completed when the timeframe for the event closure is passed. Note: The promoter reserves the right to stop a tournament at any time if required or deemed necessary by officials.

34 If more than one entry is received from a particular entrant for the Competition, all additional entries submitted by that entrant may be deemed be invalid. In particular if the event was deemed a single entry only event.

35 Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes, modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the consumer guarantee provisions of the Australian Consumer Law.

36 Subject to the extent permitted by law, the Promoters exclude all liability to the winner for any costs, expenses, losses and damages suffered or incurred by the winner, including any liability for personal injury or death, liability due to negligence of the Promoters or their personnel, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in connection with the Competition, the Simulator Game, the prizes or any component of the prizes.

37 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters also exclude all liability for any costs, expenses, losses and damages suffered or incurred by any Prize Winner or any entrant, including any liability for personal injury or death, liability due to negligence of the Promoters or their personnel, loss of business opportunity whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in connection with:

(a) the participation in the Competition by a Prize Winner or other entrant;

(b) the use of any prize by any Prize Winner;

(c) any tax liability incurred by a Prize Winner; or

(d) any variation in the prize value stated in these terms.

38 Each entrant consents to X-Golf and XPGA using, without any fee or other remuneration, the name, likeness and image of the entrant and X-Golf taking, recording and using images, audio or audio visual content (including video) of the entrant for the purpose of promoting the Competition, X-Golf, the commercial partners of X-Golf or the products and services of X-Golf or X-Golf’s commercial partners in any way that X-Golf considers appropriate.

39 Valid and properly completed entries will only be accepted by the Promoters once received by the Promoters. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise.

40 Players deemed to have broken the rules of an event, behaved poorly, been rude or offensive to staff, or breached venue conditions / standards may be banned from either one or all future X-Green events. In severe or repeating cases of poor behaviour or rules breaches, players may be banned from competing on the X-Green software or visiting / playing at an X-Golf venue in future.

41 Mulligans and Reversing Mulligans

Mulligans and repeat play of shots must be approved and actioned by attending staff. Unapproved mulligans will results in disqualification from the event and competition and players being ineligible for ranking points and prizes.

Mulligans will be available to a total of 2 per event / tournament per team or registered competition entry. No more than two will be allowed under tournament rules and a 3rd mulligan will deem the final score ineligible for prizes.

Reversing of mulligans may be possible and allowed if approved by attending staff. Players and competitors should at no time use the mulligan or reverse mulligan option.

42 Points and Earnings Awards

Each tournament completed in the X-Green tournament schedule will carry the ability for players to earn standard profile points or special Order or Merit points that will result in a standing or position in X-Green leaderboards. The amount of points available will vary from each tournament and will be positioned in the tournament entry conditions.

– Ranking Points will be available in some events but not all events

– Order of Merit points are only available in some but not all events

– Mini game points may apply to the ranking points leaderboard but not to the Order of Merit Leaderboard

43 Simulator Hardware or Software Failure / Delays

Due to the nature of indoor golf and technology involved, X-Golf venues and staff cannot guarantee simulator performance at all times. Should a simulator need maintenance, repair, or software support during a booking and tournament round, players may be eligible to request an extension to their booked simulator hire timeframes.

Venue management and staff will be required to approve any extension in play conditions.

Privacy

44 X-Golf will collect the personal information provided by an entrant for the purpose of conducting the Competition and Indoor Event / Game, including providing any prize to an entrant and to contact the entrant for promotional and marketing purposes, as described below. X-Golf may disclose personal information regarding a prize winner to airlines, hotels, event organisers or other service providers relevant to the awarding of any prize.

45 If a customer wishing to compete or play does not provide the requested personal information, X-Golf will not be able to accept an entry as being a valid entry in the Competition or allow an entrant to participate in the Competition.

46 By entering the Competition an entrant consents to X-Golf using their personal information for promotional and marketing purposes regarding X-Golf’s products, services and events, including X-Golf contacting the entrant via SMS, email or other communication methods (and the entrant consent to receiving such messages from X-Golf). An entrant can opt out of these messages at any time by following the opt out instructions in the message or by contacting X-Golf and requesting to opt out via the email address marketing@xgolf.com.au

47 X-Golf’s Privacy Policy (available at www.xgolf.com.au/privacy or on request from X-Golf) states how an entrant can seek to access or correct their personal information held by X-Golf and how an entrant can make a privacy complaint to X-Golf. An entrant can contact the X-Golf’s Privacy Compliance Officer at info@xgolf.com.au

Simulator and Customer / Player Errors

Venue staff should refer to X-Green training guides, tournament terms and conditions, and event / tournament venue guides to seek guidance on errors and issues during play. We trust in the decision making processes of our teams and staff and will seek to resolve any issues with a fair and reasonable outcome.

38 Errors occurring during an event or tournament will be reviewed by the staff for a fair and reasonable outcome to be applied according to the event guide for staff and tournament terms and conditions. Venue staff will be deemed the on site referee of the event and will make each decision based on their technical knowledge of the simulator hardware and software. Their decisions are final and we ask that decisions are respected.

39 Software errors involving unusual IT related errors or game play not performing will be address separately with reference to the troubleshooting and game disruption processes below:

39.1 Troubleshooting of game play, whether hardware or software related, will be the responsibility of the venue staff. Time taken to remedy any issues relating to game play will be handled on a case by case basis with one of the following resolutions sought:

i. Troubleshooting guides followed and players continue playing within a 15 minute period. Game to continue without change

ii. Troubleshooting guides followed and players continue playing between a 15 minute and 30 minute period. Game to continue with simulator hire extension granted (if approved by staff).

iii. Troubleshooting guides followed and no resolution found within 30 minutes. Game to cease and option to restart on another simulator investigated (if approved by staff). If another option does not exist then a voucher for simulator hire and a request for tournament entry can be requested by the player / customer. If approved then the voucher for simulator hire should match the value of the remaining time available in simulator booking, and the tournament entry credit request to head to competitions@xgolf.com.au to enable tournament directors to credit or invite the players to a future event for free entry.

39.2 Players that request either simulator hire vouchers or credit for tournament entries will be contacted within 14 days of the credit request to have the options for future entry to be made available. The promoter(s) take no responsibility for missed opportunities to play particular events or to compete for particular prizes that may arise from simulator errors.

Note: Issues relating to troubleshooting or inability to complete a tournament round due to issues created by the customer due to simulator damage, slow play, or intentional reckless or unruly golf play will be deemed ineligible for simulator hire vouchers or any credit for future events.

40 Simple errors relating to incorrect shot choice, players hitting the wrong ball, or skipping players via incorrect selection of buttons or keyboard / mouse, will be handled according to X-League and X-Green standard rules in venue. This meaning that the staff will endeavour to give a team / player a fair opportunity to replay the given shot. If the replay or repeat of any shot is not available, then staff may deem it acceptable to move to the next best possible outcome and continue play. The promoter takes no responsibility for a loss of score or negative effect on game play should an error occur that may result in a player having to forfeit entry to the competition.

Simulator and Software Requirements

41 A tournament round will only be deemed eligible if the below list of compliant items are in place and rules adhered to, to ensure staff, venue, and players are operating under X-Golf supplied tournament and venue conditions.

Simulator hitting mats are X-Golf standard supplied mats in good to very good condition with no special additions or changes made by venue or customer
X-Golf standard surlyn golf balls with approved markings are in play as the only ball available in the simulator and for the players use (refer to dynamics guide for game ball reference. (Note some special events may allow for a specific ball type to be used. This will be a special tournament condition and will be made clear in individual tournament and event terms and conditions and staff guides.)
X-Golf specific software dynamics are applied and confirmed by venue staff to match the game ball in play. This will be confirmed by venue staff prior to and post any tournament round being completed.
Event difficulty, weather, ground settings, dynamics, data display, and tee settings all match the provided parameters for each given event.
X-Green software versions match and are compliant with advice from the X-Golf technical and support teams.
Gimmie settings are set to 2metres at all times during the event.
Mulligan settings are available but only used when reviewed and approved by venue staff and management
No alignment aids or foreign items are placed in the simulator area during any part of the tournament event that may be deemed to be assisting the player to perform.
X-Golf provided screens, cushioning, projectors, and simulator mechanics are all in place and in good working order at the time of entry and event start

42 Players competing in an X-Green event or tournament are bound by the rules of golf relating to equipment (club) use in that all clubs used during the completion of an X-Green tournament or event must adhere and comply with the rules and regulations put forward by the R&A and USGA to ensure that no equipment that offers an unfair advantage to a player can be used at any time.

Players or venues deemed to have breached the conditions sited in paragraph 41 and 42 will not be eligible for prizes, points, or achievements linked with the event and may be asked to return any awards at the time of the discovery of a breach or rules and conditions.

Disputes, Queries, and Requests

43 Minor requests or disputes should be raised with venue staff and management to seek a quick and fair resolution. The ruling of the in venue event staff will be final and we will not tolerate any inappropriate approach or treatment (verbal, physical or written) of our staff and team members

44 Disputes that arise should be escalated via email to venue and with a copy sent to competitions@xgolf.com.au to resolve in due course. A full review of the incident may be necessary and we request up to 14 days to review and reply to any escalation of a query or dispute to the tournament team.

Appendix 1.0.01

Definitions:

simulator game: is the interactive software game played on the X-Golf simulator hardware outlined by the promoters

a valid attempt : is the full completion of the event adhering to the event guidelines, staff direction, applicable rules of golf, and basic entry conditions required by X-Golf and the venue in which a player is participating

prize winner : is the designated best result(s) as decided by X-Green and X-Golf officials at the completion of the event stipulated timeframes. The number of winners and prizes allocated may change from event to event and will be described in event conditions and available in store

forfeit entry: Is when a player with a valid entry is no longer eligible for the event / tournament; And may be necessary if a player does not complete the event / tournament in the stipulated timeframes or if the simulator / game has an error that effects the normal outcome for the player.

nominated prize : is the prize listed in the tournament / event conditions and staff guides. Note: Prizes may be changed without notice for alternate prizes of equal value. Prize winners will be notified of any such changes.

on site referee: is the staff member in venue that will be required to make rulings and decisions during a competition/ event. Their decisions are final with an appeal or review application available by contacting info@xgolf.com.au

X-Points : are additional award points allocated to a players profile. These may not be available in every event / tournament.
