Australia’s fastest-growing indoor golf network is expanding again, with X-Golf set to open an exciting new venue in Morley in Perth’s north east this month.
X-Golf Group’s 33rd franchise, the 900sqm space will be located in Russell Street, bringing a mix of world-class simulator golf, food and drinks, and a new social meeting hub to the region.
Leading the venue is franchisee Dean Petrie, who is bringing his passion for sport and hospitality to the expanding X-Golf network.
With a strong background in business and a long-standing love of the game, Dean saw an opportunity to introduce the X-Golf concept to his local area and create a venue that would appeal to both keen golfers and the wider community.

With six of X-Golf’s ultra-realistic simulators at its heart, players can tee off on more than 100 of the world’s most famous golf courses in a highly accurate and immersive indoor environment. From Pebble Beach to St Andrews, golfers can play iconic layouts while tracking their swing data and performance through advanced simulator technology.
A hallmark of the X-Golf experience is the in-house bar and kitchen. At Morley, the 19th Hole Lounge will offer food and beverage options such as stone baked pizzas, chicken wings, fresh sliders and share-style bar snacks alongside tap beers, cocktails and more.
The new venue will also be home to X-Golf’s group competition, X-League, as well as Your Tour, junior programs, Ladies Nights and more. Players can benefit from training with PGA-accredited coaches, and those looking for a social experience can enjoy a game of pool, darts or simply catch the live sporting action on the big screens.
