Simulator and Software Requirements

• Simulator hitting mats are X-Golf standard supplied mats in good to very good condition with no special additions or changes made by venue or customer
• X-Golf standard surlyn golf balls with approved markings are in play as the only ball available in the simulator and for the players use (refer to dynamics guide for game ball reference. (Note some special events may allow for a specific ball type to be used. This will be a special tournament condition and will be made clear in individual tournament and event terms and conditions and staff guides.)
• X-Golf specific software dynamics are applied and confirmed by venue staff to match the game ball in play. This will be confirmed by venue staff prior to and post any tournament round being completed. 
• Event difficulty, weather, ground settings, dynamics, data display, and tee settings all match the provided parameters for each given event.
• X-Green software versions match and are compliant with advice from the X-Golf technical and support teams.
• Gimmie settings are set to 2metres at all times during the event.
• Mulligan settings are available but only used when reviewed and approved by venue staff and management
• No alignment aids or foreign items are placed in the simulator area during any part of the tournament event that may be deemed to be assisting the player to perform. 
• X-Golf provided screens, cushioning, projectors, and simulator mechanics are all in place and in good working order at the time of entry and event start
