“Organiser” – X-Golf Licensing and Sales Australia

1. Promotion Overview: X-Golf and Hey Caddy Venues will operate a “Father’s Day” promotion in conjunction with CUB and Great Northern to offer customers benefits and prizes. Participants can enter 1 time only by submitting their details on the entry form attached to the wheel.

2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 years who enter the event via the button above.

   Customers must complete all required information to ensure valid entry. Multiple entries from the same person or with the same IP address/device will not be eligible and will invalidate the prize.

3. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 10:00 AM AEST on August 13th, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM AWST on September 6th, 2025.

4. Use of the prizes:

   • All prizes will be delivered as unique discount codes, except for the major prize which must be verified by a member of X-Golf Headquarters (email: info@xgolf.com.au, ph: +61468598563)

   • Discount codes are valid for 365 days after generation

   • Only one code may be used per transaction online or in-store.

5. Winner and Promotion Inclusions / Prizes: Winners will be randomly drawn from the list of valid and completed entries at the end of each week (weekly prize) and at the end of the promotional period (major prize).
   Prizes Include:

   • 1 Free Portion of Fries
   • 1 Free Drink (beer, wine or soft drink)
   • 1 5% discount code
   • 1 Free Your Tour Entry
   • 1 10% discount code
   • 1 30 minute sim hire discount code
   • 1 Father’s Day bundle
   • 1 prize kit including Great Northern products, X-Golf products and golf equipment to the value of over $2000 retail.

6. *Prizes may be subject to change should supply challenges or issues arise. X-Golf Licensing and Sales reserves the right to exchange the prize products for a prize of equal value if deemed necessary. X-Golf Licensing and Sales takes no responsibility for any costs associated with the redemption or use of any prize(s).

7. Participating Venues: The Promotion is available only at selected X-Golf and Hey Caddy Franchise venues. Please contact the Organiser directly to confirm if your local venue is participating.

8. General Conditions: The Organiser and venues reserve the right to refuse entry or purchase that is deemed inappropriate or outside of the conditions of the promotion. By participating in the Promotion, participants release the Organiser from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Melbourne.

10. Data Collection and Use of Information: The use of customer data collected will be according to the xgolf.com.au privacy and data policy available on the xgolfcomaustg.wpengine.com website. X-Golf venues and X-Golf Licensing and Sales will collect and utilise data in a manner consistent with current data use policies and processes.

12. Method of Drawing Winners: Winners are determined by % chances per item and a limited number of available items.

13. Notification of Winners: Winners will receive their notification of winning on the Spin to Win pop up.

14. Unclaimed Prizes: If a prize is not claimed within 30 days of the notification, the prize may be forfeited, and the Organiser reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

15. Verification of Entries: All entries are subject to verification by the Organiser. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.

16. Exclusions and Disqualifications: Employees of the Organiser and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion. Closing the window without noting your discount code may invalidate your entry.

Modification and Termination: The Organiser reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice due to reasons beyond its control, such as technical failures or any other circumstances that may compromise the integrity of the promotion.
