MAJOR MILESTONE FOR X-GOLF GROUP AS 35TH AUSTRALIAN VENUE UNVEILED

X-Golf has reached a major milestone with the opening of its 35th Australian venue, bringing its high-tech simulator golf experience together with the cult Hey Caddy mini golf for the first time in Sydney’s South West.

Located at 2 Lyn Parade in Hoxton Park, X-Golf Liverpool hosts the Group’s 11th Hey Caddy mini golf experience, creating a new sports entertainment destination designed to bring golfers, families, friends and first-time players together under one roof.

The opening comes as Liverpool and the broader South West Sydney region undergo rapid transformation, with major residential development, infrastructure investment and the growth of Western Sydney International Airport reshaping the area.

For South West Sydney local and X-Golf director Andrew Manganas, the decision to invest in the area reflects his confidence in its future.

“It’s exciting to see momentum building,” Andrew said.

“Every time you drive through there’s another residential project or a new road underway. Living close by and seeing this personally gives me real confidence in what’s to come.”

The new venue features six X-Golf simulators, using high-speed cameras, lasers, impact sensors and proprietary software to analyse every shot and replicate ball flight, spin, launch angle and club path in real time.

Players can take on more than 100 of the world’s most iconic golf courses, compete with friends in X-League and access detailed swing analysis, while X-Golf’s patented automatic ball retrieval and tee-up system keeps play moving. PGA professional coaching is also available for players looking to improve their game.

Alongside the simulators, the new Hey Caddy course features 18 immersive holes, each with its own unique theme, providing an accessible and interactive introduction to golf for players of all ages and experience levels.

The dual-concept model is designed to open up the game to a broader audience, allowing experienced golfers and people who have never picked up a club to enjoy different experiences in the same destination.

“We’re bringing something new that really breaks down the barriers of an age-old sport,” Andrew said.

“Golf has always felt out of reach for a lot of people, but we’re changing that by making it fun, social and accessible, whether you play every week or are picking up a club for the very first time.”

The $2 million space also features a full-service bar and kitchen, dedicated darts lanes, a pool table and live sport on big screens, creating an all-in-one destination for social occasions, family outings, celebrations and group events.

The highly-anticipated opening will ultimately create 10 local jobs, with the venue operating seven days a week from 10am and the dedicated team on hand to welcome players from all walks, regardless of their golfing experience.

For families in South West Sydney, X-Golf Liverpool offers something increasingly in demand – an experience where everyone can actually take part. Rather than the traditional choice between adults heading to the pub and children being entertained at a play centre, this exciting new sports entertainment hub brings generations together in the same space, with golf, mini golf, food, drinks, darts, pool and live sport all part of the experience.

It’s modern take on one of the world’s oldest sports, and a shift that represents shared social experiences rather than separating people by age or interest.
