X-Golf franchises continue to trailblaze the industry, with Clyde North named a finalist for Most Outstanding Victorian Golf Facility of the Year (Off-Course) in the 2026 Victorian Golf Industry Awards.
The finalist announcement recognises the venue’s contribution to the growth and accessibility of golf in Victoria. It follows X-Golf Clyde North’s recent achievement as Victora’s best hospitality venue for customer service at the Australian Achiever Awards last month.
For the team at X-Golf Clyde North, the recognition is a reflection of the venue’s focus on creating an accessible, welcoming and social environment where people can enjoy golf regardless of their experience or ability.
Franchisee Chyena Goodluck said the team is incredibly proud the venue has been named a finalist and to have the work they’re doing recognised at a state level by the Victorian golf industry.
“Golf is changing and we’re proud to be part of that,” Cheyna said.
“We see people from all walks of life coming through our doors, from experienced golfers looking to practise and compete to people picking up a club for the very first time.”
“Being recognised as a finalist is a great acknowledgement of the modern approach our team takes to golf, and we’re looking forward to celebrating with everyone at the awards next month,” she said.
Located in Melbourne’s rapidly growing south-east, X-Golf Clyde North combines ultra-realistic golf simulator technology with a relaxed hospitality environment, giving players the opportunity to play world-famous courses, practise their game, compete with friends or simply enjoy a night out.
The venue is part of the growing X-Golf network, which has expanded the traditional golf experience beyond the course and helped introduce the sport to new audiences through technology, entertainment and social competition.
Winners will be announced at the Victorian Golf Industry Awards on Friday, 16 October 2026 at the Southern Golf Club.
For X-Golf Clyde North, making the finalist list is already a significant achievement and another milestone for a venue helping to demonstrate that there are more ways than ever to experience and enjoy and age-old sport.
