X-GOLF LEADS THE WAY IN FRANCHISING, FINALIST IN FOUR NATIONAL AWARDS

X-Golf has been officially recognised among the very best in Australian franchising, named a finalist in four categories in the 2026 Franchise Industry Awards, cementing its position as a leading national franchise network.

 

Recognised by the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA), the awards represent the industry’s highest benchmark for quality, customer service and innovation, celebrating excellence across franchisors, franchisees and the broader ecosystem.

 

X-Golf’s is thrilled to accept not one, but four finalist nominations which every level of the business, highlighting strength across leadership, operations and execution, including:

 

⭐️   X-Golf Group: Franchisor of the Year: 26 to 50 Units
⭐️   X-Golf Penrith: Franchisee of the Year: Single-Unit
⭐️   X-Golf Palmerston & X-Golf Rockingham: Franchisee of the Year: Multi-Unit
⭐️   Amy Puglisi: Franchise Marketing Manager of the Year (Amy Puglisi)

 

The 2026 awards feature 104 finalists across 23 categories, representing the top-performing and most respected brands in the country. Being named a finalist places X-Golf firmly within the top tier of Australian franchising.

 

X-Golf’s Head of Brand and Innovation, Amy Puglisi, said she’s humbled by the recognition as it reflects a collective effort across the group and reinforces that X-Golf is moving in the right direction.

 

“I’m really proud of our network and where we’ve gotten to as a brand,” Amy said.

 

“There’s a clear focus internally on supporting our venues to succeed, but also building something people genuinely want to be a part of. That’s what’s driving real performance across the network.”

 

At a network level, the Franchisor of the Year nomination recognises the continued growth and structure of X-Golf Group, with a model that supports franchisees through strong systems, operational consistency and ongoing expansion into key markets.

 

At an operator level, dual recognition across both single and multi-unit categories reflects the scalability of the X-Golf model, demonstrating consistent performance across different ownership structures, locations and market conditions.

 

The inclusion of Franchise Marketing Manager of the Year for Amy Puglisi further reinforces the brand’s commitment to commercially effective marketing, with strategies that translate directly into venue performance and sustained local engagement.

 

Together, the four finalist positions highlight a network operating in alignment, where franchisor strategy and franchisee delivery are working cohesively to drive results.
