The Starlight Swing 2025
General Conditions
The Starlight Swing is open to all X-Golf customers to take part and be eligible for prizes from a selected leaderboard. An individual play and scramble mode leaderboard is available and players eligibility is to be confirmed upon entry and completion of the round by approved X-Golf team member.
Event Timeframe
9am AEST November 1st 2025 to 11:00pm AWST November 30th 2025.
Eligibility
Players must follow the event conditions and enter via donation of a minimum $10 by scanning the QR code in store or on the X-Golf website. Donations should occur prior to round start to ensure integrity of the competition. Donations made after round start time may be deemed ineligible for prizes and points.
Bonus Bundle Beverage
The first 72 players in participating venues may be offered a bonus beverage supplied by event supply partners Schweppes. This beverage may vary from time to time and is not a guaranteed part of any event entry.

Terms and conditions
This document sets out the terms and conditions of entry and participation for the Starlight Swing 2025 (the Competition).
The Competition is coordinated by:
- XPGA represented as the Your Tour platform in respect of entrants who enter the Competition at an X-Golf venue (the Promoter).
These terms and conditions of entry, including information on prize details, apply to the Competition, and by submitting an entry to the Competition, an entrant agrees to and will be bound by these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
- Entry into the Competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents.
- The following persons are ineligible to enter the Competition:
- employees of the Promoters;
- employees of the operator of any participating X-Golf Store;
- employees of any Related Entity (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) of the Promoters; and
- immediate family members of the above employees.
- Players under 18 years of age (unless accompanied by an adult or guardian)
- Note one team member or family member of staff per entry team is permitted to take part pending approval by venue owner / franchisee and ensuring that this is done so outside of rostered hours, not in uniform, and process followed as per normal customer and verification steps.
Entry
- The Competition commences on 9:00am AEST on Saturday the 1st of Nov and entries close on 22:00 AWST November 30th 2025 (the Competition Period).
- The Competition is a game of skill, and no element of chance plays a part in determining the winner of a prize.
- Players must ensure they have an adequate booking time for them to complete the 9 hole scramble event. Players not completing 9 holes in full will not be eligible for leaderboard addition and prizes / awards.
- Entrants can enter the Competition via the following method:
- By visiting the participating X-Golf Store at any of the following locations, and registering for the Competition and playing the Simulator Game (as detailed below):
- X-Golf Participating venues listed on the www.xgolf.com.au website as of November 1st 2025
- Venue exclusions notified as of Oct 25th 2025 are X-Golf Ashmore (Qld) X-Golf Cairns (Qld), and X-Golf Rockhampton (Qld).
- Entrants must register to participate in the Competition at the above venues by making a booking for simulator hire allowing for appropriate time to complete the 9 holes per player (recommend 30 minutes minimum per player).
- Entrants will then have the opportunity take one attempts (Attempt) at playing for a score to be posted on the individual, or scramble leaderboard. Team scores must be posted to one leaderboard only. Mini game competitions are available to all players playing the individual 9 hole event only.
- Any person may enter the Competition once per visit / booking at the relevant X-Golf venue and must follow the event terms and conditions in conjunction with the Your Tour tournament terms and conditions.
- Details of each entrant’s entry including their name and details will be recorded via the staff POS, Nomnie, and / or booking system.
- If more than one entrant is tied at the top of the leaderboard at the conclusion of the event, a countback consisting of last 1,last 3, and last 6 holes will be completed and a winner decided. In the event of a tie with no ability to separate, prizes may be split.
- By entering the Competition via an X-Golf Store or any other place of entry determined by X-Golf, the entrant consents to receiving information and offers from the Promoters. Further information about privacy and the use of an entrant’s personal information is set out.
- Simulator technology and software versions may vary from Kiosk to Kiosk. X-Golf Group Australia reserves the right to adjust simulator settings and software as they see fit to ensure a fair and equal playing field for the competition for all players. Changes to software during competition timeframes does not constitute a change to the competition format or conditions.
Prizes and winning - The Prize Winner(s) will be determined by the Promoters based on the shots recorded as of close of competition at accordance with paragraphs. The team prize winner for each leaderboard will receive a prizes described in the event information sheet provided to venues.
- The Prize Winner(s) will be notified by telephone or email and promoted on social media and throughout the X-Golf network platforms within 14 days of event completion.
- The Prize Winner(s) may also have their details published on the X-Golf website xgolf.com.au or via social media platforms.
- If a Prize Winner refuses to accept the prize, is found to be ineligible or is unable to be contacted for any reason, the Promoters will select a replacement Prize Winner by [date required].
- Total prize pool for the event is AU$1500.00 in value.
Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and X-Golf reserves the right to replace any of the prizes listed with another prize of equal value.
Prize conditions
- The Promoters reserve the right to require a Prize Winner to provide proof of identity satisfactory to the Promoters (in their sole discretion) before awarding the prize.
- Neither the Promoters or any company associated with the Competition accepts responsibility for any tax implications from acceptance of any prize. Independent financial advice should be sought by entrants regarding the tax implications for the winner of accepting a prize.
- If required by legislation governing the conduct of the Competition, the Promoters will provide details of the Prize Winner (such as name and address) to any applicable government authority.
- The Prize does not include any on road costs, fuel, extras, spending money, insurance or any other ancillary costs unless otherwise stipulated in these terms and conditions.
- All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for other preferred prize options.
- If, for any reason, a prize or a part of a prize is or becomes unavailable, the Promoters may, at their discretion (and, if applicable, subject to the approval of any relevant government authority), substitute an alternative prize of a value that is no less than the estimated retail value of the prize. Each entrant acknowledges that the Promoters will not be responsible or liable for any loss suffered by the winner in the event that the prize or a part of the prize is unavailable.
- The Prize Winner must comply with all directions or instructions of the Promoters.
Entry Fees - All relevant entry fees required to enter into the competition will be collected by XPGA via Nomnie QR to help fund the golf prize and its promotion / administration. In the case of the Starlight Swing or charity events, entry fees may be paid directly to the charity organisation via applicable QR Code.
- Payment or proof of completion of the minimum entry process stipulated must be made / presented to a Promoter representative before participating in the competition. Payments where necessary should be made using a credit or debit card, Visa or Master card.
- A receipt for your entry will be emailed to your nominated email address once payment has been made
- X-Golf or XPGA reserves the right to use the entries in which ever means they deem necessary deliver the competition prize.
General - Decisions of the Promoters regarding the Competition, the Simulator Game are final and each entrant agrees to be bound by any such decisions.
- The Promoters reserve the right to refuse any entries that do not comply with the criteria set out in these terms and conditions. If a winning entry is deemed by the Promoters to be invalid, that entry will be discarded and the prize will be re-awarded in accordance with these terms and conditions as if the invalid entry had not been received.
- Incorrect contact details of an entrant will deem their entry invalid, and the entrant must only enter in their own name.
- Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the consumer guarantee provisions of the Australian Consumer Law.
- Subject to paragraph 44 and to the extent permitted by law, the Promoters exclude all liability to the winner for any costs, expenses, losses and damages suffered or incurred by the winner, including any liability for personal injury or death, liability due to negligence of the Promoters or their personnel, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in connection with the Competition, the Simulator Game, the prizes or any component of the prizes.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters also exclude all liability for any costs, expenses, losses and damages suffered or incurred by the Prize Winner or any entrant, including any liability for personal injury or death, liability due to negligence of the Promoters or their personnel, loss of business opportunity whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in connection with:
- the participation in the Competition by the Prize Winner or other entrant;
- the use of any prize by the Prize Winner;
- any tax liability incurred by the Prize Winner; or
- any variation in the prize value stated in these terms.
- If, for any reason, there is any interference or disruption in the conduct or operation of the Competition, (including due to power or technical failure, natural disasters, acts of God, computer viruses), the Promoters reserve the right to suspend, cancel, terminate, modify or recommence the Competition (as applicable) subject to the approval of any applicable government authorities, where required.
- Each entrant consents to the promotors using, without any fee or other remuneration, the name, likeness and image of the entrant and promotors taking, recording and using images, audio or audio visual content (including video) of the entrant for the purpose of promoting the Competition, the commercial partners of the promotors or the products and services of the promotors or the promotors commercial partners in any way the promotors considers appropriate. Each entrant agrees to sign any image release or other document required by the promotors to give effect to this clause
- Valid and properly completed entries will only be accepted by the Promoters once received by the Promoters. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise.
Privacy - The Promotors will collect the personal information provided by an entrant for the purpose of conducting the Competition, including providing any prize to an entrant and to contact the entrant for promotional and marketing purposes, as described below.
- If an entrant does not provide the requested personal information, the promotors will not be able to accept an entry as being a valid entry in the Competition or allow an entrant to participate in the Competition.
- By entering the Competition an entrant consents to the promotors using their personal information for promotional and marketing purposes regarding the promotors products, services and events, including the promotors contacting the entrant via SMS, email or other communication methods (and the entrant consent to receiving such messages from the promotors). An entrant can opt out of these messages at any time by following the opt out instructions in the message or by contacting X-Golf Group and requesting to opt out via info@xgolf.com.au
- The promotors may also disclose an entrant’s personal information to the prize suppliers and commercial partners of the Promoters relevant to the competition including Abacus, Meriq, X-Golf and official partners of each party.By entering the Competition an entrant consents to the promotors disclosing its personal information to such prize suppliers/commercial partners and the prize suppliers/commercial partners contacting the entrant (including for promotional and marketing purposes and/or to provide information about their products, services or events).
