This November, X-Golf is once again bringing the golf community together for a cause close to our hearts – the annual Starlight Swing, supporting the Starlight Children’s Foundation.
Across Australia, teams from participating venues are rallying with energy, determination and a shared commitment to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seriously ill children.
To mark the 2025 Starlight Swing, we’ve created a purpose-built nine-hole course especially for the initiative – a reimagined version of our iconic Pirates Island Golf Course infused with Starlight-themed elements.
Developed with expert guidance from X-Golf and in partnership with the Starlight Children’s Foundation, the course has been brought to life by our partners in Korea and offers a uniquely immersive experience, ensuring every swing is filled with purpose and joy.
With a national goal of raising $33,500, the X-Golf network is uniting from coast to coast, combining social golf with heartfelt giving. And our teams aren’t just hosting the challenge – they’re champions of the cause, driven by passion and a belief that small acts of care can create big impacts.
For X-Golf’s Peter Nolan, the initiative is deeply personal.
Having undergone chemotherapy for Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in 2014, Peter knows firsthand the difference support can make.
“It’s about giving kids moments of joy and normalcy when they need it most,” he said.
For a $10 donation, players can tackle the nine-hole course solo or team up with friends in a scramble, knowing every swing counts. The best part is, no golf experience is necessary!
