“The Red Bull”
Including – The Red Bull Rivalry State of Origin Challenge

General Conditions
The Red Bull (“the promotion”) at X-Golf is open to all X-Golf customers over 12 years of age to take part and be eligible for prizes from a selected leaderboard(s).

A stroke and nett leaderboard is available for score recording via the X-Green software platform. Players eligibility relies in official X-Green log in and entry fee payment via player profile prior to play beginning on the system. Entry is to be confirmed upon start and completion of the round by approved X-Golf team member (leaderboard visible at www.agw.thegolf.com)

9am AEDST July 20th to 11:00pm AWST August 30th 2026

Participating Venues
Participating venues are listed on the X-Golf website as “networked or online” venues and will host and promote the promotion visibly in venue and via CRM and social media vehicles. Venues not participating as of 1st Feb 2026 include X-Golf Ashmore (Qld)

Eligibility
Players must follow the event conditions and enter via the X-Green portal and log in. By selecting the tournament and paying the entry fee in the portal, and entering the promotion, players agree to these terms and conditions and will abide by the venue and national rules that regulate the event.

Entry fee is not required for the event but simulator hire and simulator log in and event selection are required for verified score recording. Players deemed to have played outside of event conditions will be deemed to have broken the rules of the promotion and will not be eligible for prizes or points.

Players that purchase the “Red Bull Upgrade” will receive the upgrade inclusions (outlined below).

Terms and conditions
This document sets out the terms and conditions of entry and participation for The Red Bull and the Red Bull Rumble 2026 (the Competition).

The Competition is coordinated by:
• XPGA represented as the Your Tour platform in respect of entrants who enter the Competition at an X-Golf venue (the Promoter).

These terms and conditions of entry, including information on prize details, apply to the Competition, and by submitting an entry to the Competition, an entrant agrees to and will be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

1 Entry into the Competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents over 12 years of age.

2 The following persons are ineligible to enter the Competition:

(a) employees of the Promoters;

(b) employees of the operator of any participating X-Golf Store;

(c) employees of any Related Entity (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) of the Promoters; and

(d) immediate family members of the above employees.

(e) Players under 18 years of age (unless accompanied by an adult or guardian)

Entry

3 Competition commences on 9:00am AEDST on the 20th of July 2026 and entries close on 22:00 AWST August 30th 2026 (the Competition Period).

4 Excluding any additional “bonus random player draw”; The Competition is a game of skill, and no element of chance plays a part in determining the winner of a prize.

5 Players must ensure they have an adequate booking time for them to complete the 9 hole stroke or nett event. Players not completing 9 holes in full will not be eligible for leaderboard addition and prizes / awards. X-Golf, venues, and staff members take no responsibility for slow play or for incomplete competition rounds due to simulator booking time elements.

6 Entrants can enter and play the Competition via the following method:

(a) By visiting the participating X-Golf Store at any of the following locations, and registering for the Competition and playing the Simulator Game (as detailed below):

i. X-Golf Participating venues listed on the www.xgolf.com.au website as April 1st 2026
ii. Venue exclusions notified as of Feb 1st 2026 are X-Golf Ashmore (Qld)

The above stores information and opening hours are indicative only and are subject to change.

(b) By entering the competition via profile log in at X-GOLF Member prior to play beginning in the competition.

7 Entrants must register to participate in the Competition at the above venues by making a booking or purchasing a bundle including booking for simulator hire allowing for appropriate time to complete the 9 holes per player (recommend 45 minutes minimum per player).

8 Entrants will then have the opportunity take one attempts (Attempt) at playing for a score to be posted on the event leaderboards. Scores not visible on the agw player website and X-Golf website should be reported to admin at tournaments@xgolf.com.au

9 Mini game competitions are available to all players playing while logged in and entered only.
10 The “$2000.00 Hole in One Challenge” is available to players who have entered, and logged / confirmed play in the Red Bull 9 hole competition. Players must play under tournament conditions and required simulator settings to be valid for the achievement award.

11 The Red Bull Hole In One Challenge is only valid on the 7th Hole at Dubai Burj GC from the
white or red tees on professional settings and utilising the tournament conditions. Any change to conditions will result in a non valid entry and no award of the prize amount. Only the first player to achieve a hole in one on the selected par 3 hole, and under the provided conditions, will be eligible to receive the $2000.00 prize. Any player achieving a hole in one after the initial award will not be eligible for the prize.

12 Any person may enter the Competition multiple times per visit / booking at the relevant X- Golf venue and must follow the event terms and conditions in conjunction with the Your Tour tournament terms and conditions and ensure adequate simulator booking hire time
and entry fee payment for each attempts.

13 Details of each entrant’s entry including their name and details will be recorded via the staff POS, Nomnie, X-Green, and /or booking system and may be used for communications with the player and other X-Golf related communications.

14 If more than one entrant is tied at the top of the leaderboard at the conclusion of the event, a countback consisting of the last 3, and last 6 holes will be completed and a winner decided. In the event of a tie with no ability to separate, prizes may be split.

15 By entering the Competition via an X-Golf Store or any other place of entry determined by X-Golf, the entrant consents to receiving information and offers from the Promoters. Further information about privacy and the use of an entrant’s personal information is set out below.

16 Simulator technology and software versions may vary from Kiosk to Kiosk. X-Golf Group Australia reserves the right to adjust simulator settings and software as they see fit to ensure a fair and equal playing field for the competition for all players. Changes to software during competition timeframes does not constitute a change to the competition format or conditions.

The Red Bull Rivalry – State of Origin
17 The Red Bull Rivalry is a concurrently operated event that combines points from activities relating to the promotion at each venue. A tally will be created for best venue and best state leaderboard for national recognition and prize distribution to venues. Prizes from
this event are venue related and will be awarded to venues to be distributed to customer as they see fit.

18 Venues scores tallies will only be valid if minimum entry criteria are met
– Venues must have a minimum 15 entries into the event to have their scores count
towards the State and Venue best results tally
– Players must have followed all valid steps for entry and played under set tournament conditions, settings, and rules
– Venues must have completed the minimum POS, promotion, and activation standards approved by the promoter and XGAU to ensure adequate brand promotion to be eligible for The Red Bull Rumble benefits and prizes
– Points will be awarded to venues for meeting the criteria of Red Bull product sales (3 point per drink sold), Red Bull Upgrades Sold (5 points per upgrade sold), Red Bull competition entries (10 points per valid entry), player finishes in the top 20 of the stroke and nett event (5 points per player), player finishes in the top 10 of the stroke and nett event (10 points per player), hosting a Red Bull event in venue (50 points), and social
media / promotional material created and sent to the promoter (points added at discretion).

19 The Red Bull Rivalry venue winner will be the venue that meets the above criteria and has the highest amount of points on the rumble leaderboard at the completion of the event.

20 The Red Bull Rivalry state of origin winner will be the state that has the highest amount of points on the rumble leaderboard upon the completion of the event.

The Red Bull Wings – Co Pilot Internal Team Member Event

21 The Red Co Pilot internal event is a team member only additional event to be awarded to a team member from a high performing venue for best brand representation and efforts shown in supporting the promotion and the event.

22 This is a team member only internal brand support event and players / customers are not eligible to take part

23 The winner will be selected at the sole discretion of the event promoter and XPGA from the event points leaderboard and high performing / contributing venues.

Prizes and Winning
24 The Prize Winner(s) will be determined by the Promoters based on the data recorded on the X-Green system and the combination of points for the Red Bull Rumble. Point allocation and all winners at decided at the discretion of the promoter.

25 Venue only prizes include a Red Bull F1 clothing packs to be awarded to the best Nett score for each individual venue. Merchandise packs are valued at $250 and are to be awarded at a one per venue condition.

26 National prizes include a $2500 prize pool with prizes for:

1st Place National Stroke Leaderboard – Taylor Made Driver

2nd Place National Stroke Leaderboard – Cobra Golf Wedge

1st Place National Nett Leaderboard – Taylor Made Driver

2nd Place National Nett Leaderboard – Cobra Golf Wedge

Mini Game Awards – X-Golf or Your Tour Cap for

1st Place Mini Game Leaderboard

NTP Distance Mini Game – X-Golf Merchandise (Cap or Beanie)

27 The Red Bull Rumble event will award the best venue with a Red Bull drinks package for team members and a Red Bull drinks package for their venue players to enjoy. The Red Bull drinks packs are valued at $250.00 per pack

28 The Red Bull Rumble state of origin event will award the highest ranking state on the Rumble leaderboard and will decide the Red Bull Rumble State of Origin winner. The leaderboard will use an average by venue breakdown to allow for a fair competition
– State points will be the total number of points divided by the number of venues in that state. EG: Qld has 891 points but has 9 venues so leaderboard total would = 99

29 The Red Bull Rivalry State of Origin winners (each venue in the winning state) will receive a $250 per venue team member beverage pack (total $250 maximum per venue).

30 The Prize Winner(s) will be notified by telephone or email and promoted on social media
and throughout the X-Golf network platforms within 14 days of event completion.

31 The $2000 Hole In One prize is strictly available to players competing under tournament conditions and will not be valid if “mulligan” or repeat shot / practice shot activities are used on the promotional hole at any stage.

32 The Prize Winner(s) may also have their details published on the X-Golf website www.xgolf.com.au or via social media platforms.

33 If a Prize Winner refuses to accept the prize, is found to be ineligible or is unable to be contacted for any reason, the Promoters will select a replacement Prize Winner by [date required].

34 Total prize pool for the event is AU$15,000.00 in value.

This includes $13,000.00 in venue and national prizes (total)
And 1 prize of $2,000.00 for the “Red Bull Hole in One Challenge” prize should it be achieved,
Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and X-Golf reserves the right to replace any of the prizes listed with another prize of equal value.

Prizes are available for customers include:
– Best stroke score for the competition nationally
– Runner Up Stroke Score for the competition nationally
– Best nett score for the competition nationally
– Runner up nett score for the competition nationally
– Mini Games
– Hole In One Challenge
– Venue best nett (merchandise available for player delivery by venue)
– The Red Bull Rumble highest ranking venue prize
– The Red Bull Rumble state of origin prize

Prizes are available for team members only include:
– The Red Bull Co Pilot experience
– The Red Bull Venue and State or Origin Prizes (team member bev packs)

Prize conditions
35 The Promoters reserve the right to require a Prize Winner to provide proof of identity satisfactory to the Promoters (in their sole discretion) before awarding the prize.

36 Neither the Promoters or any company associated with the Competition accepts responsibility for any tax implications from acceptance of any prize. Independent financial advice should be sought by entrants regarding the tax implications for the winner of accepting a prize.

37 If required by legislation governing the conduct of the Competition, the Promoters will provide details of the Prize Winner (such as name and address) to any applicable government authority.

38 The Prize does not include any on road costs, fuel, extras, spending money, insurance or any other ancillary costs unless otherwise stipulated in these terms and conditions.

39 All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for other preferred prize options.

40 If, for any reason, a prize or a part of a prize is or becomes unavailable, the Promoters may, at their discretion (and, if applicable, subject to the approval of any relevant government authority), substitute an alternative prize of a value that is no less than the estimated retail value of the prize. Each entrant acknowledges that the Promoters will not be responsible or liable for any loss suffered by the winner in the event that the prize
or a part of the prize is unavailable.

41 The Prize Winner must comply with all directions or instructions of the Promoters.

Entry Fees
42 All relevant entry fees required to enter into the competition will be collected by XPGA via the X-Green player profile log in and payment system to help fund the golf prize and its promotion / administration. In the case of charity events, entry fees may be paid directly to the charity organisation via applicable QR Code.

43 Payment or proof of completion of the minimum entry process stipulated must be made / presented to a Promoter representative before participating in the competition. Payments where necessary should be made using a credit or debit card, Visa or Master card.

44 A receipt for your entry will be emailed to your nominated email address once payment has been made

45 X-Golf or XPGA reserves the right to use the entry details in which ever means they deem necessary deliver the competition prize

General
46 Decisions of the Promoters regarding the Competition, the Simulator Game are final and each entrant agrees to be bound by any such decisions.

47 The Promoters reserve the right to refuse any entries that do not comply with the criteria set out in these terms and conditions. If a winning entry is deemed by the Promoters to be invalid, that entry will be discarded and the prize will be re-awarded in accordance with these terms and conditions as if the invalid entry had not been received.

48 Incorrect contact details of an entrant will deem their entry invalid, and the entrant must only enter in their own name.

49 Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the consumer guarantee provisions of the Australian Consumer Law.

50 Subject to paragraph(s) 41 to 44 and to the extent permitted by law, the Promoters exclude all liability to the winner for any costs, expenses, losses and damages suffered or incurred by the winner, including any liability for personal injury or death, liability due to negligence of the Promoters or their personnel, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in connection with the Competition, the Simulator Game, the prizes or any component of the prizes.

51 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters also exclude all liability for any costs, expenses, losses and damages suffered or incurred by the Prize Winner or any entrant, including any liability for personal injury or death, liability due to negligence of the Promoters or their personnel, loss of business opportunity whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in connection with:

(a) the participation in the Competition by the Prize Winner or other entrant;

(b) the use of any prize by the Prize Winner;

(c) any tax liability incurred by the Prize Winner;

or

(d) any variation in the prize value stated in these terms.

52 If, for any reason, there is any interference or disruption in the conduct or operation of the Competition, (including due to power or technical failure, natural disasters, acts of God, computer viruses), the Promoters reserve the right to suspend, cancel, terminate, modify or recommence the Competition (as applicable) subject to the approval of any applicable government authorities, where required.

53 Each entrant consents to the promotors using, without any fee or other remuneration, the name, likeness and image of the entrant and promotors taking, recording and using images, audio or audio visual content (including video) of the entrant for the purpose of promoting the Competition, the commercial partners of the promotors or the products and services of the promotors or the promotors commercial partners in any way the
promotors considers appropriate. Each entrant agrees to sign any image release or other document required by the promotors to give effect to this clause

54 Valid and properly completed entries will only be accepted by the Promoters once received by the Promoters. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise.

Privacy
55 The Promotors will collect the personal information provided by an entrant for the purpose of conducting the Competition, including providing any prize to an entrant and to contact the entrant for promotional and marketing purposes, as described below.

56 If an entrant does not provide the requested personal information, the promotors will not be able to accept an entry as being a valid entry in the Competition or allow an entrant to participate in the Competition.

57 By entering the Competition an entrant consents to the promotors using their personal information for promotional and marketing purposes regarding the promotors products, services and events, including the promotors contacting the entrant via SMS, email or
other communication methods (and the entrant consent to receiving such messages from the promotors). An entrant can opt out of these messages at any time by following the opt out instructions in the message or by contacting X-Golf Group and requesting to opt out via info@xgolf.com.au

58 The promotors may also disclose an entrant’s personal information to the prize suppliers and commercial partners of the Promoters relevant to the competition including Abacus, Meriq, X-Golf and official partners of each party. By entering the Competition an entrant
consents to the promotors disclosing its personal information to such prize suppliers/commercial partners and the prize suppliers/commercial partners contacting the entrant (including for promotional and marketing purposes and/or to provide information about their products, services or event.
